≈ 30–45 minutes · from SAR 200 per vehicle — private, air-conditioned cars with a fixed fare confirmed before you travel.
Not every Umrah journey goes straight to Makkah. Many pilgrims spend their first night — or a few days — in Jeddah itself: a hotel on the Corniche, near family in Obhur, or close to the airport before an onward flight. A pre-booked city taxi makes that stay simple: your driver waits at arrivals and takes you directly to your Jeddah hotel door.
The ride from King Abdulaziz International Airport to most Jeddah hotel districts takes about 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. The fare is fixed per vehicle when you book on WhatsApp, and the same fixed-fare service covers the return from your Jeddah hotel to the airport — and onward trips to Makkah or Madinah whenever you are ready to continue your journey.
Which terminal at Jeddah Airport does your airline use? In October 2026 King Abdulaziz International Airport reorganised its terminals, and several airlines now use a different terminal than the one printed on older tickets. Seven airlines moved from the North Terminal to the Hajj & Umrah Terminal: Tarco Aviation (1 October), Yemenia (8 October), SCAT Airlines (10 October), Uzbekistan Airways (12 October), Daallo Airlines (13 October), Somon Air (14 October) and Sudan Airways (15 October) — if you fly with one of these, your flight now uses the Hajj & Umrah Terminal. Terminal 4 — the redeveloped former South Terminal, mainly for international low-cost airlines — is also open: Wizz Air, AJet and SalamAir moved there on 27 September, Fly Jinnah and Nesma Airlines on 28 September, Akasa Air on 29 September, SyrianAir and Pegasus on 1 October, and Azerbaijan Airlines and Tunisair on 3 October. A ticket booked earlier may still show your old terminal, so confirm your terminal with your airline before you travel. When you book with us, send your airline and flight number on WhatsApp — we track your flight and your driver meets you at the correct terminal, whichever one your flight uses.
